A Loyalty Program Built For Everyone

Rewards+ is a new loyalty program offered by Crypto.com that provides greater benefits to our community based on our users’ trading activity. Every trade you make contributes to your trading volume and lets you unlock new levels and additional benefits.

When you create an account in the Crypto.com App, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards+ program at no additional cost.

With a trading volume as low as US$100 per year, you can unlock exclusive perks and benefits to enhance your experience, including extra rewards on stablecoins with Earn Plus and other privileges across the various sub-products on the Crypto.com App.

The Rewards+ program comprises 20 levels. As you progress through the levels, the benefits and perks associated with the program continue to increase, providing you with an enhanced and more rewarding experience on the platform.

While there is no expiration date for the Rewards+ program as a whole, it is important to note that you will not be entitled to the associated benefits previously received for a particular level if you no longer meet the requirements of that particular level.

To receive the benefits, follow these steps:

1. Meet the requirements: Fulfill the specific criteria of each level.
2. Go to the Rewards+ page from the Missions page in the Crypto.com App.
3. Activate your level: Tap the ‘Activate’ button on the Rewards+ page.

Advancing to the next level is determined by several factors that measure your engagement and participation in trading activities:

1. Trading Badge rank: Your rank in the trading badge system (based on your trading activity and performance).
2. Cumulative CRO rolling balance: Your cumulative CRO rolling balance over a 30-day period — this reflects the amount of CRO you hold in your account.
3. Cumulative spot volume: Your cumulative spot volume (buying and selling of cryptocurrencies) over 30 days.

This criteria is automatically tracked by our systems. However, it is important to note that you must manually activate each level to start receiving the associated perks. As a tip, always make sure you activate your level whenever you receive a notification that you have advanced to a new one.

The Rewards+ program is currently available in more than 110 jurisdictions, with more to come. There is no cost to participate — it is just one of the many privileges that come with being a part of our community!
